My smoothie never really tastes right at this location. I don’t have this problem with other Nektars across the valley. I order a PB Mocha and at this location it’s always too thick and not as flavorful as the other locations.

Service is usually very good, i personally dont like the loudness in the store, but realize there isnt anything u can really do about that!! Sometimes the people working dont look that happy to be there but that isnt everyone, just notice that on some days.

The overall experience is great. I just wish that you offered smaller sizing. The size of the bowls is too big to eat in one sitting, and when you freeze and defrost to eat later, it changes the texture. I would come much more frequently if I could get a smaller portion.
