I ordered ahead online so I could get to work on time and arrived about 20 mins after I placed my “ASAP” order and when I got there the order hadn’t been started and I ended up waiting for an additional 20ish minutes. There was only one person working and I felt bad for him. I order from Nekter probably twice a year and this happened the last time too. I would place more orders if there was better time management and I didn’t have to wait for an extended period of time for my small smoothie.

Suboptimal but product lives up to expectations. It was frustrating to see the offer for a free item if I download the app and sign up for texts. Upon doing so there was no such free item, and calling customer service yielded nothing other than the VM box telling me to email you. No thanks. Very easy in 2025 to automate these digital workflows so this experience was mildly frustrating.
