I am a regular customer at NEKTER but on more than one occasion my order has not been the way I’ve ordered it .. today was no different and I paid for extra toppings which were not on my bowl. I didn’t go back in to have them remake it because it’s not that big of a deal I just wish that they would look more carefully at the orders and make them the way they’re ordered.

I usually place order online and come to pick up- it always says like 20-30 mins until order is ready. This last time I ordered it while 2 mins away and came straight there and it was just finishing. Not sure why they push out the pick up times so far. Also this time the health nut did not taste the same and was super watery, like not even icy at all. Total fail.
