The product wasn’t right, I get it all the time and this time it was overly thick, tasted off, I just threw it away. I know and understand mistakes happen, so I would order from this store again possibly, but I don’t think it should be that different from

The way the store is laid out doesn’t allow employees to see that customers are there. I stood there for approx 5 minutes until someone saw I was there. They were working hard; but it is nice to be acknowledged. My order was ready, they just had no clue I was there because they couldn’t see me.

I made a mistake on my app, and ordered from your dana park location, the app told me to call your location to cancel the order, but nobody picks up, your phone number doesn't even identify you as nectar, and I had to waste a lot of my time at the nectar by my house to get it straightened out.
Try it yourself, call your phone number and you will see what a frustrating experience this is for your customers.
