I have visited other Nektars and find the employees much more friendly. Have come to yours at 6:45 PM and have been met with ”Oh my god!” I don’t frequent this one nearly as much as I used to. Some of the employees are fabulous.

I miss Nekter bowls in my area of Ventura County. All the locations closed. I just so happened to be in Yorba Linda and was able to get a bowl after almost 2 years, since the Nekters near me closed during covid. The bowls themselves are great. Great price, great quality, and great quantity. The customer service was mediocre to be honest. No one greeted me when I came in and the one lady did not want to look me in the eye as I waited to ask if my mobile order was ready. I was pressed for time, so eventually I just called out to her to ask, and yes, it was ready. I understand she may have been busy, and I get it- I worked in similiar jobs for 7 years of my life. But it is great when people go above and beyond and this wasn't such a time.
