Great ordered ahead and my order was ready when I arrived. Other times I’ve had to wait even if I order ahead but this time it was ready.

Positives: the original bowl was ready ahead of time and looked good. The correct bowl was also made promptly.
Negatives: wrong bowl was initially given and she tried to convince me that I ordered that one. There was also a little attitude that went with it. The correct bowl was about 3/4 full unlike the first one.

Experience was fine but my daughter and I both noted our items tasted different. My toxin flush usually has green apples but now has red (which is fine) but it lacks the tartness it used to have. I asked for more ginger too and didn’t receive it :/
My daughter’s smoothie bowl was less berry and lacked its usual robust tart yet sweet flavor.
I can’t say I’m in a hurry to order again :/

Online says you’re supposed to be open. It’s 930 on a Tuesday morning and you’re closed with no signage on the door of what time you open and you’re holding my Amazon packages hostage. Not cool
Experience was great ordering ahead in the app and picking it up. But we couldn't help but notice that the man working was the only one there and the location kept getting busier and busier as we collected our bowls and ate in the store. We felt bad for him being the only one there on a pretty busy Saturday. We love this location and hope the staffing issue can be solved. Thanks!
