When I walked in no one greeted me. The worker was on a call and counting money in the front. I’m assuming the call was someone walking her through the task. I used to work in the food industry as a manager and we never had envelopes of money and counting in the front where customers can see. I felt as though the experience was not a good one.

I love all the smoothies and bowls we tried so far, they are always delicious. The service is great, the girls are fries Oy and courteous. My complaint is always the same: the line of CRS waiting at the Starbucks drive through block the traffic access into the parking lot and in front of the store. It’s a constant source of frustration. I have to allow extra time to find parking and walk to your store and sometimes that prevents me from ordering from your store.

Your employees seem too cool to be friendly or they're just grouchy, I don't know which. But kindness goes a long way. Also, I don't think my peanut butter bowl had any peanut butter in it.

Ordered and was charged for my cleanse on the app. I received a call a short time later saying they did not have anymore cleanses in stock. I asked them to cancel and was referred to your “. Seven hours later and not a peep in return to my email. Not sure if I would use your app again to order.
