My drink was not mixed fully as it had chunks of pineapple in it, which was an inconvenience since I can't sip it through a straw..Unbelievable

Employees barely said a word to me. I was the one who said hello and goodbye. I even said happy holiday and nothing was said back. I dont expect amazing service, I understand what its like working in the customer service/retail industry. At least being cordial is the bare minimum.

I called an employee and they adjusted my mobile order to my request. They always make the drinks super fast before the estimated time and the customer service was excellent.

My PBJ smoothie was super watery and felt like it didn’t have peanut butter. I felt like I wasted my Nektar points at this location. It was not lit, dark and seemed as if everyone was at the back. No one was at the front. It was such a weird Nektar shop. I don’t think I’ll go to this location again. Drink was mediocre.
