I will not be returning to this location again. The workers look like they could care less about customer satisfaction. Pineapple Coconut Bowl itself didn’t have much flavor, very slimey, NOT FRESH. I’ve never seen canned fruit before. It looks like they keep things inside fridge for days. Also order a Green Apple Detox (Green apple, cucumber, kale, lemon, and ginger) and paid extra for pineapple. No taste of any of the pineapple or any of the ingredients, it was a celery taste. When I went back, the girl said that this juice was mainly celery. This drink shouldn't have celery at all.

We went to the Nekter location in Yorba Linda, California, on June 24 with a party of 6. I walked in to place my order and was promptly told to leave and to call from outside, which I did. So, over the phone I told the girl I was the guy outside the door, which felt ridiculous. After ordering 6 drinks and a couple other items, I told her I would pay when I went in to pick up my order. She told me that was not allowed and to give her my credit card number over the phone. I explained the security issue with doing that and she told me to download the app and place my large order through the app, which again felt ridiculous because I could see her talking to me on the phone. (Plus I didn't want to give yet another company access to my contacts, photos, and location simply to get some smoothies.) So I asked for the manager and, of course, I was already talking to her. I tried to explain that if she could run my card over the phone she could run my card in the store. I was met with a convoluted technical explanation as to why she absolutely couldn't do that. So in the end, we chose to go to Jamba Juice and spend too much money on smoothies there because they were accommodating and flexible. I can't imagine Nekter is so busy in this environment that they can turn customers away. We won't be back.

I ordered online at 11:40am. Walked into pick up my juice at 12:00pm, it was not ready. There was only one other customer in the store, no one in like. My order wasn’t ready until 12:15pm. No apology from the Nekter employees. If I wanted to wait 35 minutes for a juice, I would have made it myself.

Are juices made from organic produce?? True or False?

Excellent bowels and Juices. Love the service every time. There are a couple girls that are really knowledgeable about the bowels. Thanks Bailey, your a gem.

This is the closest store to my home. I cannot understand way it takes so long. Only if I tell them I'm in a hurry, does it motivate these young people to move. I have been to many stores. Don't give me that story one more time!! It takes time to make a fresh product. Only in this store! They just don't care. You are at the mercy of slowness!! No one in the store! 15 minutes two make two juices! Done! Going to Anaheim Hills or Brea!

I love this place but they are slow. Definitely order ahead if you're pressed for time! Otherwise, great service and juice!

Love nekter, their acai bowls are amazing and the pink flamingo and orange crush smoothies are delicious. Orange crush is more sweet and tasted like orange juice with strawberries and pink flamingo is bright magenta the prettiest color but tastes not as sweet as orange crush and more tropical bc of the pitaya fruit.
