Nektar deletes bad reviews! I ate here yesterday and ordered a bowl. I told the cashier that I have a nut allergy and ordered a bowl without nuts. Because I said this, the cashier put cashew milk in my smoothie, which didn’t include cashew milk in the original recipe. He admitted this later and I guess he just didn’t think it would be a big deal or care enough to remake the bowl. Instead of getting my $10 bowl, I got to fight for my life in the ER and pay for that.

If I could rate this place zero stars I would. As much as I enjoyed their bowls and smoothies I will no longer be buying from this place. The guy who took my order was a very nice guy but I was discriminated by the owner because I am Hispanic . I work with an individual who is in a wheelchair. The vehicle has handicap plates and I was rudely asked by the person who runs that business why I had parked in the handicap parking spot if I wasn’t handicap myself. I made the decision to not take this individual out because of what’s going on in this pandemic right now, and because this individual is high risk. This family has been customers for a long time. I find it very upsetting of how I was treated. Will no longer be going there.

Great smoothies and great service

Be aware if you have nut allergies!! Several of their smoothies and smoothie bowls contain cashew milk. It’s listed in the ingredients, but it’s not obvious if you’re just skimming. My adult daughter accidentally consumed an açaí bowl which had cashew milk and spent the next 3 hours vomiting. The ultimate responsibility is on her to be more careful, but it’s easy to miss. Who expects nuts to be in their smoothie?

Nekter has a ample assortment of delicious and healthy smoothies and fruit bowls, among other tasty snacks and treats. After being introduced to Nekter, I started ordering from this franchise regularly. It quickly became my favorite smoothie joint in the area, and I'm a bit of a smoothie connoisseur.

Tastes fine and a really cool spot. Service is a little slow and if I'm paying 10 bucks for a smoothie, I want to watch what you put in it. Seems strange to hide in the back room to prepare.

Very good, healthy tasting smoothie. Slow moving but I think it was the new guy training that held things up.

Great selection of smoothies and bowls with fresh ingredients that are made to order. It is a little expensive, but the sizes and quality doesn't skip a beat. The staff is also friendly and gives great suggestions.

My favorite place to go for smoothie bowls. My favorite bowl is the Protein Power smoothie bowl.

SIMPLY AMAZING!!! Hands down the nicest workers and my favorite place to go for smoothies, I literally drive all the way from Aurora just for 1. The produce is fresh and organic and they dont use any artificial sweeteners or products. Let's not talk about the yummy bowls literally you wont find a bowl better any where else. If your in the area stop by and treat yourself. Make sure to say Hi to the manager Tonne her energy is contagious.

Nekter never disappoints. I like make their Acai Peanut Butter bowl into a smoothie. You can have them blend whatever bowl they have into a smoothie if you like.

Ok. I’m not a juice bar expert. I went here with a friend and I’m a convert. The smoothie was delicious. You can add goji beans and cocoa seeds if you want a nice pop.

I usually give Nekter 5 stars but not today. It's Friday at lunch time. Evidently, they are extremely short staffed as there were only two employees in the whole store. My daughter went in to order our smoothies. It took over 25 minuted to get the smoothies and the quality today was sorely lacking. My Health Nut was runny and not even filled to the top. Very disappointed. Y'all need to get your management and staff in order to avoid further disasters lile today. If this had been my first visit, I wouldn't be back.

Nekter is really good and really slow. I know they make things fresh but when it takes 20-25 minutes to get one smoothie you have process issues. If they figure out the timing thing I would give it 4 stars.
