10/10! As a smoothie fiend, I’m really picky about where I go for smoothies and judge pretty harshly, honestly. But Nékter has never let me down! I live in Cincinnati and go to those locations and had no idea there were any out here, so it’s awesome to know that they’re just as good here as they are back home(:

Great! I ordered ahead and my bowl was ready to go when I arrived. A team member came out immediately, I gave him my name, he asked if I needed anything else and was super kind! Awesome service and promptness, I very much appreciated it!

I like the product. It is generally consistent and good. The store smells terrible however. I have been in other juicing type stores and they do not smell like this so I don't think it is due to the nature of your business. I can hardly walk in to pick up an online order; I would never come in and order and wait or stay to eat.

My fruit bowl was OK but the store had a bad smell and everybody who was in there ended up leaving. I ended up eating in my car.
