I ordered the smoothies at 10:15, and it says it was supposed to be delivered at 11:12am and according to the app it hasn't even left the store yet... Thats great, I love watered down smoothies.

Liza the manager is so amazingly friendly and wonderful. Honestly all the staff is phenomenal. We live in highlands ranch, where there is a Nekter, but drive to this location for the staff and product quality. The same order tastes so much better at this location than the others! It’s worth the drive, and the price for this level of service and excellence.
We ordered 73 smoothies and all of the smoothies were ready on time. The staff could not have been nicer. Thank you!!!!

The woman behind the counter today doesn’t belong in customer service. Not good at her job. Also the drinks were way off. So not good at either part of her job. 🤷🏻♂️ I don’t know maybe try harder.
