I like everything on menu, but wish the staff would great you or just acknowledge they see you and will be right with you they lack in that other then that great place

Ignored. We came in to pick up an online order at the sign for pick up. An employee took all other orders and went to help make orders. No acknowledgement. As we stood there, another employee came out and took 4 more orders. Did not acknowledge us. When a different employee came out with an order, I had to get her attention and ask about our order. And it was missing an item and had to wait for it to be made. We are fairly new to Nekter and have enjoyed it. This left me feeling frustrated and not valued as a customer.

The food is delicious, but I would send people to the Highlands Ranch location. This is because the staff at the GV location is cold and act like the customers are inconveniencing them.

Ability to order a large order ahead of time is so helpful and appreciated. Staff was pleasant and courteous during what seemed to be a very busy time of day.

i order ahead because if i dont it seems to take forever-today the order was ready early except the store had NO strawberries and substituted questionable looking blueberries - i wish i had know before ordering - the website was not updated so im not super happy- still expensive and these 2 were gifts for a friend who is sick

There was equipment failure with the blenders, which I get happens but defeats the purpose of ordering ahead and then having the order be incorrect and not realizing until after leaving the store. Wasn’t the best experience I’ve had with what’s usually a good place.
