There should be more communication and understanding between the staff and online ordering. I placed my order last Wednesday for pick up today. I received confirmation that it was ready to pick up. I arrived there, they were confused about the order and gave me the wrong bag. I’m also kind of wondering why the lead time for online ordering through the app is a few days when you apparently can just walk in and get a bag of the cleanse from the front, and they just package the shot bottles from pre-packaged boxes? The staff is friendly but there should be more communication/training about what’s going on.
