The kids working there were polite and hard working, looked like no manager? The smoothie I ordered online was very late and I had to wait in line to be acknowledged at pick up counter. No fault of the teenagers, but that took entirely too long. If you’re going to make people wait that long, somebody should be at least apologizing and or acknowledging the situation.

In general my experience at the Greenwood Village Nekter is great. However today I ordered all kinds of extra stuff in my two protein bowls: extra banana on top, extra almond butter inside, extra berries- I spent quite a bit of money to get the extras that I wanted, and I didn’t receive any of it.

The bowl was made okay but I ordered an almond butter bowl and I doubt there was any in there. The quality of the bowls are not as good as other açaí places. The staff was fine but not inviting.
