We like it very much we like the people and your attention to service particularly on ordering ahead.

The only thing we can tell you is the national orders for say two drinks and get one free or other couponing does not work well with the mobile app you know that that’s not you and not in your control but it would be the right thing to give the national franchise office feedback as to What’s going on with the couponing. It’s not well done.

Everything was received as expected from a Nekter! This was my first visit to this location. I ordered on the app and my order was ready when I arrived at the recommended time. FYI- I am more inclined to tip better when you don’t automatically put an amount or percentage in my total. This is sneaky in my opinion and I haven’t seen this at any other location across the US.

Love Nekter and the menu. However, the taste of the smoothies varies and isn’t consistent. I would love it every time I went in, the smoothie was as good as the first time I ordered it. Especially at the price I’m paying.
