Always great and love your bowls

My smoothie bowl was outstanding! Unfortunately, it took forever. I sat there waiting and waiting and finally asked about my order which was done through the mobile app and the person at the counter went to the back and grabbed it immediately. I'm not sure why they never brought it to the front

It was fine. It just seems that lately I don't get a full bowl. 2/3 isn't enough for what I'm paying.

It was great, better than it’s been in a long time! The açaí bowl was perfectly frozen, not runny, like it has been for the last 10 times or so that I have purchased it. So good! Also, my order was ready before I even got there, and the Nektar rep at the counter was so nice and welcoming.

Today was great—I do not know the female’s name who helped me and made my bowl, but this was the best bowl I have ever had at nektar.

Really love the product, but online ordering is not great. You cannot omit the blue drizzle which has cashews in it so when I order online I have to order a different bowl (not the one I want) and build it to try to be more like the one I want. Online orders a lot of times are missing the extras I pay for like the cacao nibs, etc. Overall really love the product though, but the app could be better.

Wonderful except my bowl was only 2/3 full. What was there was great, and service was friendly and efficient

I’m sorry to say anything, but it seems like more of the than not things aren’t the way they use to be. I get the same bowl every time and now it is hit or miss. Today it was only half full, had very little granola and no coconut flakes. I am now at the point where I am hesitant to even order from this Nektar any more.

As always, love your smoothie bowls! But it seems they are getting less full each visit. Today was 1/2 full. I know I had granola removed t it that shouldn’t lessen the smoothie amount. Just something I’ve pondered after my lunch bowl. 😊

The app is really easy to use. I try to show up a little sooner than when it says the order will be ready though, because the last two times I've placed an order, my açaí bowl was soupy. I'm assuming it's either been sitting around, or something is wrong with the machine

I add a LOT of extra items every time I order a protein bowl. Nine out of 10 times, none of what I added to my order is included. My order is rarely correct. It’s an extremely frustrating experience.

Nekter is amazing and you can't beat the Acai Mango Bowl, it's super fresh and filled to the brim with delicious fresh fruit and coconut shavings. It's one of those healthy cravings you want to buy again & again

No peanut butter on my protein açaí bowl. Also the base was basically soup

This location is very inconsistent, half the time the bowls are way too soupy
