Easy and convenient on the app

I placed an order online and it took a little longer than it said it would. The employees working were very communicative and friendly, so it was not an issue for me.

My sister was very sick & I ordered fir a smoothie, bowl, & electrolyte water & a spring water came. She really needed the electrolytes so basically got overcharged & then had to do a grocery store order too for the correct water

I ordered online. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. She had my smoothie ready right on time. Friendly and prompt service!

I feel the friendliness is lacking today.

There’s always a long wait and even longer for greeting, even with calling ahead. Train your staff at this location on customer service bc all the females treat me like my presence is an inconvenience to their existence

I like this place a lot, but the last time I was there I was given the wrong açaí bowl, or it was missing a lot of the ingredients. Hopefully this doesn’t again

The staff at this location is confident and knowledgeable regarding even my smallest question! They even go to the back to look at label ingredients for me! I love how passionate they are about the products they sale/create and how consistently fresh my purchases are! Thanks for making it through this pandemic! You've kept our family healthy!
