I love your juices and smoothies and will continue to order but everytime I pre-order for pickup, I show up at my time and I just stand there while employees carry on with a task they're doing or just sit in the back ignoring me. I don't expect them to stop their tasks but maybe a heads-up that they obviously see me standing there and alert others in the back that a customer is waiting. It's an odd feeling to stand there and not be acknowledged.

I enjoy the Nektar juices very much but I had placed the order for pick up at 930am. When I got there at noon my order was not ready and had to wait for them to prepare. Its hard when you are on a time crunch for lunch.

Showed up at 6:30 and they let me know I couldn’t get a juice because they had already cleaned all of the juicing machines… even though they close at 7. What a shame. If I was a business owner I would definitely want to know my employees were turning away business and customers because of laziness!!

I placed an order for the one day juice cleanse but when I went to pick it up the order it was not ready and the person at the desk had no idea when it would be ready. I left the store with nothing. They didn't even offer anything in the mean time. I feel like canceling the order and getting my money back.

I waited for at least 5 minutes at the counter without being acknowledged (there were two employees that were working and making juices, which is totally fine and understandable, but both of them brought juices/smoothies to the counter and didn’t even acknowledge me and say “we’ll be with you in a second”, they acted like I wasn’t there and seemed to avoid looking in my direction. Both made 2 juices each and brought them over to the counter before I had to say excuse me to ask for my juices that I had ordered through the app and were ready. I understand being busy and needing to make juices, but even just acknowledging that I was standing there would have been nice. I also ordered through the app so I could get them quickly once I got there, as I had a time schedule I was trying to keep. Also, perhaps a way to make picking up juices ordered on the app a little easier/less involvement for those working behind the counter? If there was a way to keep them in the cooler to the right of the checkout counter that has pre-bottled lemonade and other juices. Not sure if that is feasible, but would definitely have avoided the problem. Just a suggestion.

Didn’t strain drink, I ordered a juice and it was super chunky. I also ordered a Ginger shot and it barely filled the container, I would say about a teaspoon or 2 of liquid. Not good.

The staff is AMaZiNG!!!! So personable! My bowl and juice are consistently delicious time and time again! I adore this location! So friendly and efficient even when they are busy! Thanks for the opportunity to give this positive feedback! Your staff at this location works so hard and make my items consistently taste the same week after week!!
