Ordered two ginger shots with lemon and orange- after forgetting to make one and only giving us one, neither shot had the lemon or orange included in them. Smoothies were good.

Smoothie was under blended and chunky.

I ordered for the first time on the app with the free small smoothie when you sign up then arrived at the location to discover the store was closed and I lost my free sign up smoothie

First time ordering. Ordered online via the app. Easy to order. App should have an additional comments section (to request something). It would be helpful also if the app indicated if something is not available or running low. I ordered and paid for a watermelon smoothie but when I arrived was told no watermelon.

I just left there 6/7 6:15 and realized one of the shots I ordered was not turmeric and was given 2 ginger shots. Tried to call back but no one answered the phone. This was after my banana berry smoothie was spilled on the counter after the worker dropped it. Just wow.

I ordered my smoothie on the app. It was made correctly and on time. Staff greeted us when we arrived. Facility was clean and neat.

I love the juices, bowls,smoothies but what I find discouraging is that depending on who is working the consistency of the products produced are not always consistent in flavor.

I like the Upland location and will definitely order again. This smoothie was super tasty.

I go there regularly, they are usually good. With that said they forgot to add my greenie up boost to my 2 smoothies I had purchased.
