I ordered for the first time on the app with the free small smoothie when you sign up then arrived at the location to discover the store was closed and I lost my free sign up smoothie

First time ordering. Ordered online via the app. Easy to order. App should have an additional comments section (to request something). It would be helpful also if the app indicated if something is not available or running low. I ordered and paid for a watermelon smoothie but when I arrived was told no watermelon.

We ordered 4 drinks via the app and it stated the order would be ready for pick up in 22 mins. When we arrived, none of the drinks were ready because the employees “didn’t see” the order come in - mind you, there were no customers inside and this was at noon on a Sunday. Thought they attempted to get the drinks done quickly, they gave all 16 Oz sizes incorrectly. Not even an apology or an incentive to return to that location for the multiple blunders. They just corrected the drink size and handed it to my husband. This was our first time at this location in Upland and it’s unfortunate because it’s so close to our house. We may just stick with the next nearest location in Rancho.
