I love the açaí bowls. I think a $1.00 charge for each add in is excessive. That is a ridiculous profit margin. So I’ll never order the extras, by principle.

We always love Nekter’s bowls and our orders are usually made correctly but today one of our bowls still had the coconut and pineapple on top (which we had asked for none) and no extra berries on top (which we paid for) so a little disappointed. Still always wonderful though.

Good customer service but she forgot my peanut butter that I payed extra for. I was already almost home before I checked. The service is super fast and they never leave you waiting.
