I had to cancel my app order because I chose the wrong location. It took a few days to fix, but the staff was so friendly and willing to help that it made it ok. I love their banana Berry burst smoothie with vanilla pea protein and sub coconut milk. It fills me up and has tons of protein.

I had an issue that day with ordering on the app. I wanted to redeem my rewards but I thought I had to do it in person. The cashier that day, I did not get her name, helped me redeem my two rewards so I can share a smoothie with my mom. I appreciate that.

Placed an order 1 hour before closing. When we arrived we were told that the juice machine had been cleaned already so we could either have a smoothie instead or come back tomorrow.

The smoothies were good as usual. However, my shakes were given to me after two people who ordered in store well after I ordered (10 minutes before I even arrived). The shakes were only 5 minutes later from the order time, but the fact they were done after two customers who ordered after me did not register with the employees. I was disappointed that my order which came in earlier was not ready before two orders that came well after my order was submitted online.

Hello, I LOVE the drinks, Bowls, and smoothies - I do get frustrated with the inconsistent hours and on my last pickup order I needed to change the time... but nobody answered the phone. So basically, I ordered/paid online and was not able to pickup.

I love your smoothies! I usually go to the Menifee store and have wonderful customer service. This time I picked up my mobile order in Temecula and it took a long time to get my drink even though there were 3 workers hanging out chatting. I’m not sure why it took so long. There were no other customers in the store and the workers were not working on anything else. They were just chilling out chatting.
