Customer arrived was great but my smoothies had huge chunks in the bottom

My smoothie was missing the drizzle of all-natural peanut butter which really would have made a difference in the taste of the smoothie. I did not enjoy the peanut butter chocolate protein smoothie.

Great service always, smoothies and juice are consistent. Overall satisfied.

Smoothie tasted exactly as expected. I really enjoyed it. The android app did not work and take my cc payment multiple times.

Ok, but we’re not happy with the smoothie. The guy said he can not do anything to replace it. We have to call back on Monday.

Always a good experience. They are nice and friendly and the Juices/smoothies are on point. Usually get the Elderberry and the PB Mocha. Very consistent. I go once a week.

My husband did the pick up of this online order. Upon arriving at store he stood at the counter for 3-4 minutes before being acknowledged by the two staff members who were visible to him but making other orders or completing duties. The smoothies were more liquid than normal. Maybe they were ready a lot sooner than app indicated for us to wait before pick up. This store needs a bell or buzzer to alert anyone not at the counter that a customer is!

I love every smoothie or bowl I get from Temecula Nektar. They are perfect!!

Waited 20 mins after my order ready time to get my one smoothie. Staff didn’t offer anything.

The employees are always kind and friendly. My order is usually ready before the app says it will be. I love the bowls and smoothies

the bowl was ordered 5 minutes before arriving to the location, i expected them to have it ready considering there was one other person in the store but it was ready 15 minutes after i arrived, and i was already surprised at how long they were taking. the bowl i paid EXTRA for was disgustingly watery and soupy much runnier than a smoothie and all my topping sunk into it. i had to throw the whole thing away and it was nearly 17 dollars worth of wasted food because they could not make it properly :( i also had to repeat my order back to them when they already had a receipt with my order in front of them.
