I ordered a cleanse and it was not ready when it was supposed to be. And it's still not ready.
They need to be sent the right amount of cleanses to their store.
I ordered my usual Açaí Berry bowl through the mobile app. When I arrived, my order was ready which is great!
When I took it out of the bag, it was a good 2-3 inches below the actual serving in which I typically get. When I asked the girl why it seemed short, she said “idk, looks good to me”. I left a little annoyed and ended up walking back in within 5 minutes and asked her to remake it for me.
If I’m going to spend $10 on a bowl, I expect for it to be the way I want it and I don’t expect attitude on the side.
I went to nektar a few months ago with resume in hand asked for manager to speak with, very rude girl with dark hard had a terrible attitude and pretty much gave me no hope of a potential meeting with someone. Not friendly at all!
Always fresh and delicious. Great staff! Very busy area, so parking can be a challenge as trader Joe's and other restaurants or shopping centers share the parking lot.... But you won't be disappointed. Nekter is far better than Jamba juice or smoothie King.
I enjoy their drinks and the inside looks great..but the service is so slow(even by juice industy standards) and their sign is broken and hanging down- looks like it could fall any moment. Lastly, be prepared for their prices..which are higher then Juice it up and other similar places.
Terrible. Low quality. Untrained staff. Asked for toppings on top. Got them blended. The redo cake melted and half full. I’m used to artisan quality açaí. This is a cheap corporate knock off. They brought out items missing ingredients and said they gave more of others instead of asking us first. Won’t be back.

Good ingredients but not flavorful. Staff sometimes friendly but usually not. Celery juice detox is best route. In a bottle and no communication with staff.
