The customer service I received at this location was excellent. However the quality of my açaí bowl I received was pretty poor. It was very liquid like and lacking in flavor. I had ordered extra agave on top, yet my bowl didn’t seem to have any agave.

Our order wasn't ready at the time we were told. It was late in the afternoon with no one in the store. They also forgot to not put strawberries on my son's bowl and they didn't add the coconut flakes as asked for. It's frustrating because this kinda stuff has been happening more & more. We don't complain, but it should be noted.

It was great but on multiple occasions I pay for extra granola on my bowl and I leave without it. I always pick up my orders because I’m always on the go, but it’d be nice to get what I paid for.
