Nekter has been a go to place for us when we want something fresh and healthy for many years. This store has been steadily declining in customer service since 2020. Lately, the experience has been consistently bad. Each item has not been exactly as ordered and the staff is confrontational if asked to remake and downright rude in general.
It was an oaky experience the açaí could have been a bit colder it was runnier than I’m used to.

Do not come here! The worst customer service. The worst place I have ever been. Victoria is a nasty human being that should not be working there. They just lost a loyal customer who has spent thousands and dollars here in the last several years. I would never come here again. I spent $17 on a smoothie and she wanted to charge me extra $2 to replace the peanut butter with almond butter after I told her I just ordered on the app because I didn’t have my wallet to pay you an extra dollar or two but not just that besides the point she approached me so rude and nasty and could have accommodated to not lose a customer or a sale but after that level of disrespect
