inconvenient to not be able to order over the phone. when one is driving it is easier to order on the phone than to try and order on the app

My husband did the pick up of this online order. Upon arriving at store he stood at the counter for 3-4 minutes before being acknowledged by the two staff members who were visible to him but making other orders or completing duties. The smoothies were more liquid than normal. Maybe they were ready a lot sooner than app indicated for us to wait before pick up. This store needs a bell or buzzer to alert anyone not at the counter that a customer is!

Order took too long also you guys don’t accept Apple Pay so I had to download the app to purchase a drink. Order was suppose to be ready at 12:30 I didn’t receive my order until 12:40 and it was pretty slow inside
