The woman that helped me was behind the window where the food is made, and she did not make any attempt to come closer to hear my name properly so that she could get my order, even after there were several failed attempts at hearing mt came correctly. I also had a question for her about an item that was discontinued, but again she made no attempt to come up to the counter, she had me wait until the other person had finished blending and then continued the conversation from behind the window area.
