I'm not a local here, but this is always one of my first stops when visiting. My favorite item is the berry parfaits, its all about the chia seeds. The Nektar staff is always kind and make a great green smoothie. I drink the Tropical Cooler with 2 pea protein add ons and chias seeds. It has helped me to lower my cholesterol.
