Hello. I love Nekter and normally everything is great. But this time I ordered and I was 4 mins late on the pick up time suggested and my bowl was all meaty and granola was swimming in my bowl. It just wasn’t pretty or solid to me. It was a Açaí bowl soup. I didn’t even eat it. I just put it in the freezer. I was going to bring it back but I really like this place. Just a suggestion for online orders to have a better policy. If the bowl is made right away and customer is not there yet, maybe it can be placed in the freezer until party arrives. Thank you

Unfortunately my order was not received correctly. I had ordered a bowl with extra granola on the side (which I paid for)
I had my husband pick it up since I was working and when I received it I had just the bowl, no granola and not even a spoon. Normally when I go I’m always offered a bag and spoon to go with my bowl and granola.
