Just ok experience today.
After arriving early for an online order, I saw the store was busy. After waiting 10 minutes beyond the projected order ready time, I asked one of the attendants. (Up to this point, no one had asked me.)
The attendant then retrieved the order which was ready but out of sight.

What is the point of mobile ordering if you have to wait for your drink? This has happened to me before at this location. I had to wait for the employee to help everyone in line and a door dash man who just blurted out the names whom he was picking up for. Today, I had to wait 10 minutes to get my drink, which is why I order on the app, to avoid the wait. I wish neuter had a checking on the app, so I don’t have to be ignored by the employees for ten minutes while my drink sits in the fridge. Nekter could also put the finished mobile orders in a designated mobile order fridge so that customers can grab them, as they arrive instead of having to wait for an employee to acknowledge you.
