WE ordered online and came at the time the receipt told us to. We had to wait another 20 minutes for a smoothie. the staff seemed overwhelmed and understaffed. they had to give away a free smoothie because of the long wait to another customer

I ordered 10 bowls this morning for a business meeting at my work. My boss requested that I have it to the office before 8am. But because of the size of the order, the soonest time I could choose when ordering on the app was 8:15am. I called the Nekter location shortly after they opened at 7am and asked if it was possible to have my order ready by 7:45am. Even though they were very busy, I walked out of there with all 10 of my bowls at 7:42am. So impressive, and I really appreciate them going above and beyond. Thank you!
