I ordered ahead and got there at my pickup time. They gave me only one of my drinks. I was waiting on the 2nd drink for 20 minutes. All these people came in and ordered after me and got their drinks before me. It turns out my drink was in the refrigerator and the employee never looked. I had to approach them twice to ask about my drink. I encounter these issues a lot at this location. What is the point of ordering ahead if they never have them ready in a timely manner. Very frustrating.
