Every time I go into this Nektar location in Bressi ranch I am met with the best customer service! The employees are always so warm and welcoming, offer great suggestions and provide quick/efficient service. They go above and beyond when providing great service and I always have the most positive experience when I am there. They are quick to make changes to your order if needed and want you to enjoy what you ordered. I love this place and I will continue to go here, and I highly recommend it for others looking for some healthy options!

It was great. We had a bunch of hungry soccer players to feed but we didn't want them eating too close to the start of the game. We had passed the ordering window we needed online but we ordered anyway and then reached out to the store directly to see if they could expedite the order. They said they could and made sure everything was ready exactly when we needed it. Great service all around.

Was very nice . The place was out of strawberry shortcake ingredients, and instead I got my favorite almond bowl without an extra charge . The girl who was helping me out she was so nice and friendly. Unfortunately I don’t remember her name .

My mobile order took longer than projected. One of the smoothies was out so we replaced it, but then the bowl wasn’t made correctly to my order and juice was made after the fact. Nice staff, but wouldn’t come back to this location. It was just not a great experience and for the amount paid I would have expected better quality.
