My rating is a 1or 2 ⭐️ . I ordered 2 juices and both tasted like water and barely had any color in the juice, I had ordered this juices in the past and it was nothing like it, perhaps the young ladies need more training on preparing it.. it’s pretty pricey and I had to throw it away..

There was only 1 person making an order so it took a while to be attended. My smoothie came out really chunky like it was barely blended and my cup wasn’t even filled to the top. I needed napkins because my cup had smoothie on the side so I needed to clean it but there wasn’t any napkins available so I tried to ask if they had more but I wasn’t able to get their attention and they never came back out so I had to leave without napkins. It was just not their day today but I normally have a good experience.

It was good, the drinks are way too expensive. The customer service was good, the girl who helped me was nice. I have an issue with the add ons though, I got a drink that came with coconut whip and to add more you have to pay extra, which in my opinion doesn’t make sense if it’s not an add on, it comes with the drink. Also in regard to that, each employee who makes it adds a different amount, it’s very subjective. This time they were fine adding more whip, but other times I’m going to have to pay extra, which doesn’t make sense, it’s not like I’m getting more drink, it’s the same size cup and whip comes with the drink. Again it’s an issue cause it comes with the drink and again it’s subjective based on who’s making it. Same goes with the drizzles, depending on the employee you either get more or less. Again, the drink was good, the employee was nice, but I don’t think it’s fair to charge extra for something that’s already in the drink.
