My order was incorrect, no spinach added per the order to my juice order. It was clearly just carrot. When I asked if it was right the girl just said yes and handed it to me. It was clear she wasn’t going to offer to make another juice even though it was clearly incorrect. The juice was completely orange unlike every other juice I get which is a greenish brown color with carrots and spinach

I ordered through the mobile up and arranged for pickup. When I got there I asked for my order and they said they’d check up on it. They made the shot I ordered and gave it to me. I was still waiting for other items so I waited. Worker asked again if I could be helped in anything else, I said yes I’m still waiting for the rest of my order and she asked what else I had ordered ¿Did she not receive my order? So I showed her my order details and she went back to apparently make my order right there and then. I finally received my order and not only did I have to wait an extra amount of time since arriving at the location but when I got my order it was completely wrong. I did not receive my bowl with the added extras on my original order. I didn’t realize this until I sat down to eat and by that time I was already home so I was not going to drive back to the restaurant and complain. I understand that restaurant gets busy on the weekends however, it’s unacceptable to have one waiting an extraordinary amount of time for an order that was ordered 20 minutes prior and then have it completely wrong and without items that were charged “extra” for.

I placed an order online. Arrived at store and order still wasn't ready 10min after expected time. It was not busy. I was patient then finally asked. The girl seemed annoyed and said "she's working on it". So, I wait. I observe another customer whose order was wrong and she gave him attitude as well. He was missing an item from his order and the service was so bad he said forget it don't want it anymore.
