You have a great product but your customer service is poor. 4 girls in the back giggling and singing to the music. No one paying attention to the front of house and two customers had come in to pickup online orders and not even being acknowledged. Then one finally comes out and I tell her my order name and she says “oh I just need to top them off, e right back.” Then she’s out back for another 10 minutes. Brings out another order that was after mine and mixes it up, then finally comes out with my order. Extremely frustrating and probably won’t come to this location again. They need more training and focus.

This was my second time ordering online and both have been a complete fail! They font keep track of what you order. I had order a juice 2 smoothies and acai bowl split in 2. They were only giving me the juice. And they said they that was my whole order when i paid 32 and change.. they need to keep track of pick ups..
