I understand it gets busy but no one even came to the counter for 10 min to even acknowledge there were people waiting to be helped at the counter. I had put in my order online and I still had to wait 10min before someone came to just tell me that my order would be out soon and so I ended up waiting an addl 10min. I love Nektar and wish there was a location closer to South Escondido/Rancho Bernardo. It would also be helpful if the option to add banana to the raspberry riot smoothie was an option for online ordering.
