I went in to your Nekter Juice Bar in Napa around 7pm on 9/25/2018, I went up to your counter & was never greeted. The young lady who slowly came up to the front to help me stated their juicer was not working. (I had asked for a Toxin Flush). Today (9/26/2018) I called before driving there to make an order since I live across town & the lady who picked up the phone stated they have 2 juicers & that only one was the one not working, she apologized for the info I was given the day before. I was very disappointment with this incident. I felt like I they did not want to take the time to take my order & make it. I will debate whether I want to go back or not.

The prep area was very dirty. Garbage, fruit, debris all over floor and under ice machine. Spilled and dried liquids on floors and down sides of equipment. This has been a common theme the last couple of months. I worry about the employees not using proper sanitation steps. Saw one employee using the same pair of gloves on multiple orders, while touching many different surfaces. I hope this is addressed, I really love Nekter but am now iffy when I go in there!

It was a routine order so there wasn’t anything unusual about it. I did have to wait about 3 min for someone to give my my order but overall good experience.

I ordered online and a few minutes later I received a phone call that they didn’t have frozen strawberries or bananas. That was a bummer, I mean almost every bowl had those two ingredients.

Good but you needed more staff for a busy day like this, and once again I paid for an add-on that didn’t make it into the bowl. Maybe don’t charge for it until you have a way of assuring it happens.
