I came late to get my order and it was not separated which tells me that they just made it since I frequently pre-order. The toxin flush did not look the same. I added carrot but it was really orange and no green. Also, if there was ginger I could barley taste it and my job is to taste food and wine. They added ice and I have never ordered my drink with ice. The past few times I have been there have been inconsistencies such as this, but never so dramatic. I usually let it slide because I am always in a hurry but this was just silly. It did not even look like my drink. At least it tasted ok.

I love Nékter and their crew, I’m at least 4 times per week there if not more but for the last 4 months there’s something wrong there, every single time, they don’t have 2 or 3 ingredients, something broke and they can’t make something, messed up with my order, or leave a smoothie tasting like just ice

One super hard working kiddo on the crew! Eventually there were 4 employees during our 15 minute stay; but, he picked up the bulk of the work! It’s not inviting when you choose to keep the lights off! The almond butter tasted different; I did ask if they had used peanut butter. The taste was off! Love using the app. Thank you for this option.

When I went to pick up my smoothie that I ordered on-line the doors were locked & it was only 6:30p. I knocked & the guy that answered said all the machines weren’t working!! Would be good if there was a way to note this on-line so I wouldn’t have to make an unnecessary trip. This is the 2nd time in the last few weeks that I ordered a drink on-line & when I got to the store to pick it up, there was no drink due to mechanical problems!!! Not great customer service!!😱😱
