It took 30 minutes to get my online order. The young African American guy was so nice and gave me a coupon. The place was obviously understaffed but he smiled and gave great customer service. The girl one the other hand did not greet anyone coming in or acknowledge anyone. I would give customer service a zero if it wasn’t for the young man that made up for it all…

I paid for customizations and did no receive them. I still enjoyed my lunch but it was disappointing to not get what I paid for. I paid for extra fresh berries and these were not included

Today I ordered via the app at 1:08 and it said it would be ready by 1:23. I got there at 1:25 and guy tells me my ticket is “way back” and it won’t be ready for half an hour! He proceeds to show me the 3 tickets which have spit out. There was no one in line in the store and only 3 hanging inside. They need a system to account for orders place in store vs online. Online shouldnt get pushed to the back.

I placed an order and it was not ready at the time promised. There were no chia seeds or immunity boost added.

Okay, the only thing about this experience was that I was not acknowledged when I came in. If someone would have said I’ll be with you in a moment or something that would be great. Everything else was good

The staff is quick and friendly but my frustration is with the inconsistency of being able to order on the app. Items are not available to order or the location is not available. I’ve tried preordering in the mornings, afternoons and issue persists.

I am unable to order online using the app for the Napa store to get green drinks — it is down about 50% of the time.

So-so!! My order took 30 minutes from time of order. This location seems to have a lot of issues.
