Wish there was more people working so the service was faster. The people who are working there are always very kind.

My order states to pick it up at a certain time and is not ready for 23 additional minutes snd this is the third time a smoothies taken almost 35 minutes. Last time my pb and j smoothie was barely even blended. It’s too easy to make these at home for this business model to continue. Why don’t toy franchise a second location. I’ll help!

The cashier was so friendly and I did make an order from the Nekter app before I arrived there and it was ready for me right away when I showed up. It tastes good too.

Every time I order a bowl, it takes 20 minutes to make - this time it exceeded the time allotted on the app. The time before, I waited 30 minutes. Many times I cant even order because either Doordash or the app aren’t accepting orders.

I wish I had a better review. My only complaint is that the website said they closed at 8. We showed up at 7:02 and the man behind the counter said they were closed in a very ride and direct tone even though the door was unlocked. Frustrating!

Great. In the past, this location has taken a long time to process orders. Today I was pleasantly surprised.
