Items were not ready when I arrived which was almost 10 mins AFTER the time stated would be ready. Only one other customer in store so not sure why it took 1/2 hr to make my order.

I was so excited to try the new chocolate covered strawberry smoothie only available through the mobile app. I was able to place my order, but when I got to the store to pick it up, there was no chocolate toping in the middle as advertised because they ran out. The server was very nice and friendly. He even gave me some $$$ off coupons for the next visit. He also said there was no way to turn off ordering this smoothie in the app, which is very disappointing.
