The product is great and why I keep coming back but customer service is always lacking. Staff seems visibly annoyed when they have to take an order. I am never greeted when I come in and it takes a couple minutes sometimes before I am even acknowledged. I understand wait times and delays, but the atmosphere is always very tense. Greeting your customers, smiles and a friendly tone can all go a long way even if it's busy and wait times are high. No one feels good being served by someone who doesn't want to be serving them.
