Service, ease of ordering, accuracy of order, speed of receiving order, and taste of order was great. The presentation of the waffles looked good.

Everything was great! I walked in and immediately was greeted by everyone. I placed an online order and I didn’t even have to ask, they made sure I was helped immediately.

I was blown away by how friendly and accommodating this crew was. I had to step out for a minute to get my kid some ice cream and they kept my drinks cool. 10/10 will be back.

It was pleasant but I would’ve appreciated the staff to have explained to give my name vs just waiting for me to say it when I told her I had ordered online

My family and I have been going to this Nekter location for years, and in the beginning it was pretty good. But something changed within the last year or so, and they have been very inconsistent in drink quality. I usually let it slide when the drinks were watered down, extra icy or lacking certain ingredients, but it’s been happening too often lately and I expect better from a $15+ smoothie. I’m hoping the next time I visit, if ever, that quality is improved.
