Everything was great. Order was ready very fast, which was awesome as I was short on time!

My order was ready at the time promised, so thumbs up!

All the times I have came into Nekter I have never been let down. The employees are pleasant and the product is always great. But the other day I had my first disappointment. I have been using the Nekter app, getting a "fruit" stamp with each purchase. I finally reached my 10th fruit and I was excited for my free menu item. I pushed redeem and it told me I had 24hr to redeem it. I wasn't aware that it was only going to be available for that 24hr, so unfortunately I lost my free menu because I was unable to make it back in the next day.

We ordered ahead and they said it would take aproxametelly 23 minutes. It took 40, but they were very friendly and gave us a bigger size for our wait.

Being able to order one of my favorite smoothies online was very simple and fast. It makes it very convinent specially beign at work.

I preordered my smoothie which was not ready when I arrived. They did a nice job to speed up my drink.

I enjoy going to Napa Nekter. Everyone is friendly, and they always work hard to make a great drink or smoothie. Thank you.

You need to bring back wheatgrass at the napa location. I know lots of bummed people. There is nowhere in town to get it.

Everything was great for my first order thru the app except you forgot to put the extra bananas & coconut flakes. If you offer it on the app you should actually do it.

I really like the online purchasing app. It can be a bit slow when you order at the counter, so the convenience of the app is great I would really prefer if all your ingredients were gmo free and organic, but realize this can be costly

Yes I always recommend my family and friends, employees are always so nice and polite.
