I've ordered cleanses before and was able to pick them up the same day. This time I was advised I had to wait 2 days after the order was made. Showed up two days later and no one working had any idea about my order. I had to log into my app and show the order and remind them that I was there 48 hours earlier and turned away so I don't understand why any of this was so confusing for them as I followed their guidelines. Also once I got home I realized they gave me the wrong cleanse and never gave me the single item I had ordered as well. This location seems to be struggling more than most as I do not have these issues when I've ordered from other Nektars.

I placed an order to be ready at 7:15, but when I arrived at the store, they weren't open. I tried calling and they didn't answer the phone. I was late to work because of this. The workers were very helpful, but I will probably not come back because this cannot happen again.
