I like the smoothies, but they’re very inconsistent. There are always huge hunks of unblended fruit (consistent!) but the smoothie itself ranges from watery to very, very thick (the latter is preferable, but somewhere in the middle would be better). It doesn’t feel at all worth the cost, as I also have a Vitamix and know that just running it another few seconds would eliminate the gloopy textures.

In ordering on the app I can not order cleanse for immediate pick up and always give me next day option. but when I go to the store they have several bags available. Not sure why app does not allow it.

Very fast. Please put labels on juices/smoothies. Color doesn’t necessarily indicate which drink it is, especially when ordering multiple drinks. I ordered 7 and there were two that were the same color one with banana and one without. I’m allergic to bananas so it’s important to know! Thank you!

Good experience every time. My orders are usually always ready when placed for pick up. I have had issues with my drinks not tasting right in the past but I haven’t had an issue with that since.

The quality of this location keeps going down hill. I have been told on multiple occasions that I am unable to do large orders (~10 bowls) because they don't have the stock on hand and will run out. This visit, I ordered two bowls (one to freeze for later) and a large smoothie. When I arrived, the order was ready to go but incorrect, which they knew. The employee that had made the order did not see the granola was to be on the side and put it in both bowls. When they caught this, instead of correcting the issue, they put extra granola on the side. When I picked it up, the second employee did make me aware of the error and after seeing my reaction, offered to remake the order. However, I was on my way to work and unable to stay any longer. In addition, neither bowl had proper lids as they were out of the proper lids. Instead, they had large drink lids that were too small for the bowl and did not provide any sealed protection. This used to be the location I would always go to because of convenience and they always knew who I was. However, I will drive probably start driving the extra miles to go to the Chandler Mall location from now on. Again, quality control.
