I ordered a dragonfruit bowl for my husband - his first Nekter bowl. Unfortunately the amount of fruit, especially pineapple chunks, was really quite small, with only two small pieces of pineapple. Bowl tasted well overall but not thrilled about lack of fruit. Thank you.

Usually good experience, however, when needed to change/cancel order, no one picked up the phone or it said the line was busy. I ended up having to then place another order online and not receive my bogo 1/2 bowl offer since I couldn’t cancel my order, highly upset I had to do so and they said there was nothing they could do, when clearly it says to call if you have to cancel or amend your order. Don’t give a number out if you’re not going to answer it, especially being a business I thoroughly enjoy eating at.
